📍 Project Spotlight: Aged Care Courtyard Upgrade – Rosebud, VIC
This courtyard in Rosebud was in need of a full refresh and our landscape construction team, led by Corey, delivered exactly that. What was once a worn, uninviting outdoor area is now a welcoming space residents can enjoy every day, whether they’re stepping outside for some fresh air or simply looking out the window at something lovely.

📍 Project Spotlight: Aged Care Courtyard Upgrade – Frankston, VIC
Our most recent aged care courtyard project, this one in Frankston, is a great example of how the right upgrades can turn an outdoor space into something residents and their families genuinely want to spend time in.
Our team worked through the courtyard methodically, removing an existing water feature to open up the space, pruning and reshaping established plants, and introducing new trees, shrubs and groundcovers for year-round colour and interest. Two shade sails now provide comfortable shelter, synthetic turf gives the space a lush, low-maintenance lawn, and a new irrigation system keeps everything thriving with minimal effort.
Our grounds maintenance team continues to care for the space on an ongoing basis.
