We are proud to welcome Ray Bongiorno to the Brocor Advisory Board.
Ray joins us with decades of experience across property, project management, governance and executive leadership. From project conceptualisation through to delivery of major capital works programs, he brings deep industry expertise and practical, people-focused leadership to our Board.
His appointment reflects Brocor’s continued commitment to holding ourselves to a higher standard — not just in the landscapes we build and maintain, but in how we lead, govern and grow as a business.
Ray’s Experience
Ray is a senior commercial executive with a career spanning more than 40 years across community services, aged care, education, local government and large-scale infrastructure.
Most recently, Ray served as Executive General Manager – Property at Baptcare, where he led significant portfolio growth across residential aged care, retirement living and social housing — building an asset base exceeding $1 billion.
His career has included:
✔️ Managing Director roles in international project management firms
✔️ Governance leadership across major education boards
✔️ Delivery of large-scale aged care and community infrastructure projects
✔️ Development and leadership of high-performing property and facilities teams
✔️ Strategic portfolio planning, procurement, risk and value management
Ray is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) and brings extensive Board and governance experience across education and community organisations .
Beyond credentials, what stands out most is Ray’s genuine passion for creating meaningful community infrastructure and mentoring teams to achieve great outcomes.
