Getting schools Term 1 ready – from the ground up.
While students and staff enjoyed their summer break, our teams were hard at work preparing outdoor spaces across schools and early learning centres for a safe and smooth return.
Working across multiple education sites throughout Victoria, we delivered a series of construction, turf, and maintenance upgrades designed to ensure every landscape was clean, safe, and functional, ready for learning, movement, and play!
This seasonal work reflects Brocor’s commitment to supporting schools not just during major builds, but through the crucial in-between moments too.
What we delivered:
✔️ Fresh concrete pours in key transition zones, play areas, and pathways
✔️ Synthetic turf and instant turf installations on school ovals and natural play areas
✔️ Pothole filling and ground levelling for safe, even surfaces
✔️ Edging, shaping, and detail work to refresh visual appeal
✔️ Full-site tidy ups and grounds refreshes ahead of Term 1
✔️ Ongoing scheduled maintenance to support staff and students throughout the year
Why it matters to us

A well-maintained path helps with confident drop-offs. A level, green oval encourages safe play.
Clean, hazard-free transitions reduce risk and improve accessibility. These things may seem small, but they’re deeply important especially when it comes to the safety and experience of children.

Many of these schools are part of our regular maintenance schedule, and that doesn’t stop once Term 1 begins. Our Grounds Maintenance team continues to attend weekly, ensuring each site stays safe, clean, and ready for whatever the school day brings.
From edging and blowing down paths to flagging issues early and keeping play areas fresh, it’s all about staying one step ahead so the school community can enjoy their outdoor spaces without disruption.
