Location: TLC Homestead, Wallington

Ongoing maintenance: Chris & Kyle, Brocor Grounds Maintenance Team
From bare ground to beautiful — and we’ve been keeping it that way ever since.
What you’re looking at is one of those projects that makes everything worth it. TLC Homestead started as bare earth and formwork, and our team built it from the ground up into an outdoor environment that residents genuinely love being in. Curved decorative concrete paths, established garden beds, a pergola for shade, lush lawns and a feature sculpture all constructed from scratch across 2023 and 2024.
But what makes this one different is what came after. We didn’t just hand over the keys. Chris and Kyle from our grounds maintenance team have been out there ever since, keeping the gardens clean, safe, and thriving – just the way they were designed to be. And when we visited again recently? The trees have grown, the garden beds have filled in, and the whole space is looking absolutely lush.
What we delivered
- Decorative coloured concrete pathways (curved design)
- Concrete perimeter paths and access routes

Ongoing grounds maintenance by Chris & Kyle continues to this day. Great work to everyone on the Brocor team. See the transformation over the years below!
