Plant establishment and Grounds Maintenance Team: 13 weeks
The Brocor Landscape Construction Team delivered a complete landscape upgrade at Heathmont East Primary School, creating an engaging outdoor environment for students to learn, connect and play.
The project brought together a combination of natural play features, soft landscaping and detailed hardscaping. Our team installed both natural and synthetic turf, new garden beds, planting and mulch to create a practical and inviting space for the school community.
A yarning circle featuring natural log seating created a dedicated area for outdoor learning, storytelling and group activities. Natural elements were continued throughout the space with a dry creek bed feature and carefully positioned rockwork.
Custom animal footprints were sandblasted into the feature concrete, adding a playful detail for students to discover throughout the area. Brick paving was also installed around key sections of the site.
Following construction, our team completed a 13-week grounds maintenance period to support the new landscaping as it settled in and became established.
The completed project provides Heathmont East Primary School with a welcoming and purposeful outdoor space designed for learning, play and everyday enjoyment.
